post modernism and its critics

Today it is easier to be cynical. It is easier to provide criticism about the world and imagine everything that is wrong.

Take a literature class for example, when you discuss the symbolism of what something means. There is a fear of being wrong, of not saying the right thing. Fuck that!

Be wrong. provide any idea and don’t be afraid to be wrong. Nowadays we almost live in a surveillance state where everything is being monitored. But we are humans, made to make mistakes and learn from it. Within the realm of climbing there is a paradoxical participant. A climber who goes but is fearful of looking bad or falling off, in many ways that is the whole point. To do something so absurd, so hard that it is inevitable to fail. Which is what happens to everyone who begins climbing but then there is a weird shift for this particular type of person who get comfortable in their range and end up fearing the mistakes, fearing failure. It’s not only inevitable in this sport but how you learn.

With that, I want to write my goddamn stupid ideas about the world about what i think is right in todays society. What it means to live a good life.
